I have helped building digital products for enterprises and startups since 2016 and freelancing as a designer since 2013 - with experience in B2B, B2C and SaaS - and I believe I can help you too.

Took a turn, found the way.

I have two bachelor degrees, one in Journalism and the other one in Audiovisual in Multimedia (Higher School of Communication and Media Studies , Lisbon, Portugal), both completed between 2010-2015.

Between 2018-2019, I took an after-work Front-end specialization with a UX module, at FLAG (in Lisbon, Portugal).

More recently, I have been trying to get the most out of the opportunity of learning at my own pace, with the “Google Professional UX Design Certificate”, the “AI for Designers” course by IxDF (Interaction Design Foundation) and the "Accessible Technology Design" by European Comission's iniciative "AccessibleEU".

What I'm building toward

My focus nowadays is usability, acessibility and scalability - I want to craft beautiful user-centered interfaces for mobile and desktop, help you with the implementation and elevate the digital experience. I go from the research phases, through ideation, definition and prototyping, to the implementation support (I am a big CSS and BEM Methodology fan, based on Atomic Design).

I am into learning more and more every day about Design Systems and Product Design, but also focus on improving the relationship and collaboration between designers, developers and product, so we all have the same language.

What's my Design stack?

From research, to designing and testing: Adobe Suite, Figma, Zeplin, Framer, Storybook, Typeform, Balsamiq, Lookback, Sketch, Lighthouse, WAVE, Silktide.

What's my tech stack?

I know HTML, CSS and JavaScript. CSS is a big passion of mine and I already worked with both Sass and Less. I've developed my skils on TypeScript, having worked with Angular 2+ in several projects and on Blazor as well. I would prefer to focus on the UX/UI side and give a little help on the development side if needed. I love to bring my knowledge to bridge the gap between teams and do a seemless delivery.

Where am I based?

I am based in Lisbon, Portugal - even though I am currently collaborating with teams from other countries, from a nearshoring perspective.
